What is the difference between Dual and Full?
Dual includes The Drift and The Cord. Full adds The Line collar. Both give you the same four modes: hands-free, explore, everyday and close control.
Can I buy a leash on its own?
The Cord is €38 on its own. The Drift is included in Dual Range and Full Range and is not sold separately. For a classic leash-and-collar pairing, choose The Daily Range for €58.
Which collar size should I choose?
Measure your dog’s neck and check the product size guide before ordering. The Line comes in S (20–32 cm adjustable neck) and M (30–45 cm). Full and Daily sets require a collar-size choice.
How do I clean it?
Wipe clean, or hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Do not machine wash. Towel or air dry fully before storing.
When does it ship? Can I return it?
Orders dispatch within two business days from Barcelona. Delivery time and shipping cost depend on destination. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items with tags and original packaging; the customer covers return shipping. Check the current shipping and returns policy before purchasing.
